AIRCRAFT RELAY BOX / LOOMS TESTER
AUTO PANEL TESTER

Auto-Panel is optimized for testing various Air craft relay boxes, control circuits and Looms. Test is carried out sequentially step by step in automatic mode.
Tests carried out are: Electrical Continuity, Electrical Isolation, Short Circuit/Haywire, and Electrical Leakage.


Specifications :


  1. Total Number of Steps : 200
  2. Number of Relay outputs on each step : 4 NO contacts rated for 6 Amp. DC.
  3. Functional Specifications of stepping Logic :
  4. The Auto-Panel-Tester is a sequential circuit having 200 states. The function of the stepping logic is to command the tester from step 1 to 200 depending upon the input it receives from the circuit-under-test. Details of the basic methodology of checking the circuit is mentioned in the note.
  5. Stepping action depends upon the result of a circuit which will detect presence of continuity across its test – points.
  6. In case of detection of continuity tester increments circuit to next test circuit testing node from its present state.
  7. In case the tester fails to receive valid relevant signal/measurement, it halts at its present state annunciating user of the fail state condition.

Reset Mechanism

A reset – Mechanism resets the circuit to step-1 from its present state in response to manual actuation of a reset push – button.
